There shall be difficult times

"Make the Lord your delight, and he will give you what your heart desires. "(Psalm 37:4) You must be one who never tires of doing good. God calls us to be new creatures in Jesus Christ.

Then we are strong. If we remain carnal, we will never make it. The old man must die so that the new man can take more room.

2 Timothy 3:1 / 1 Timothy 4:1

If Paul takes the time to repeat this, it is because it is important. If the Bible says this, then it will happen. There are two groups: there are those who will abandon the faith and those who will persevere to the end.

Hebrews 10:37-39

There will be difficult times, the Christian must watch and be very careful. We are in those difficult times, our adversary is on the loose.

Matthew 24:9-10

We are talking about Christians. Judas was one of them. He prayed with the other disciples, he walked with Jesus. But inside he was always distracted, he did this because he had a purpose behind it.

John 13:21-22

The disciples wondered about this because it was impossible for them.

1 Corinthians 10:1-5

How could this be? They saw the hand of God! They saw the visible and palpable Hand of God. They could never think that they would not enter the promised land. God had blessed them in Egypt, they saw mighty things. But in front of the red sea, in the face of adversity, they began to murmur. God is patient, so He wants us to be patient with one another.

John 13:22-24

The disciples were not there to envy each other. When God is in us, we don't have that attitude. What God looks at in you is what you have toward others. "There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends. "(John 15:13) When someone loves another, then they have understood the Word. Love is a power and a strength that destroys Satan. Satan always fights love. It is the Word of God that gives love. None of the disciples could think that Judas was a traitor, there was no suspicion. "When you do that, it is the domain of Satan. God wants us to have pure thoughts. If there are no good feelings, there is no love. When you love the person, it becomes different. What was the church like when the Word came and the Holy Spirit came down? They were all of one heart and soul. Their hearts were deeply touched. "Those therefore who received his word heartily were baptized; and in that day were added [to the church] about three thousand souls. "(Acts 2:41) So when you are like that, God's love is in action. This is possible because brothers and sisters before us have had to experience it. You can do everything but if you don't have love, it is all in vain. When envy comes, when jealousy comes, then "the love of many shall wax cold. "(Matthew 24:12) We are invited to a meal. It is the king who invites us to his table. We can't dress up in any way. "It was given to him to clothe himself in fine linen, bright and pure. "(Revelation 19:8)

Satan is really cunning. When the suspicion comes, he will make you think that this is a divine inspiration. But there is nothing divine about it, it is simply a demon. When you live in suspicion, you live like a fool. Then you become individual and you put yourself aside. When you do that then there is no more communion. God gives you peace. Think good and you will be good. Why think badly of people? We need to be concerned about what God thinks of us.

John 13:5-19; 24-27

It is what you do that gives Satan the opportunity to act and enter. "But he is patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but wanting all to come to repentance. "(2 Peter 3:9) This is the will of God.

1 Timothy 2:1-4

Our Lord came to save. All this time Judas was in contact with the Sanhedrin. When you hear the Word and refuse to do it, you open the door to Satan. "Know that in the last days there will be hard times. For men will be selfish, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, rebellious to their parents, ungrateful, irreligious,..." (2 Timothy 3:1-2) When people are like this, fellowship is not possible. We cannot be one because there is conflict. The fighting starts because there is a problem inside. Man's greatest problem is his heart. "Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the law? Jesus answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. "(Matthew 22:36-38) The soul is what makes a man. If you can love God like that, then you will never have jealousy, hatred, suspicion because God is love. A son of God cannot cause problems for others. When people look for quarrels then there is a void inside.

1 Thessalonians 2:8-13

The Word of God has the power to transform you. When you believe the Word, then suspicion goes away, jealousy goes away. "For the rest, brethren, let everything that is true, everything that is honorable, everything that is just, everything that is pure, everything that is lovely, everything that is worthy of approval, everything that is virtuous and praiseworthy, be the object of your thoughts. "(Philippians 4:8)
