"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you what your heart desires." (Psalm 37:4) "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Matthew 7:7) Our God is not deaf.
What God expects from you is that you really have faith. "Without faith it is impossible to please him" (Hebrews 11:6). To receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, you need faith. Everything is by faith. We are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ. "Sanctify them by your truth: your word is truth. (John 17:17) If I don't believe the word, I can't be sanctified. God is not complicated, it is because He is easy that people find it complicated! "You will seek me, and you will find me, if you seek me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13) The day Peter entered Cornelius' house, when Peter began to preach, they believed and received the baptism of Jesus Christ.
"These are the signs that shall follow them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and the sick shall be healed. (Mark 16:17-18) It's not complicated to pray for someone, but the problem is that you think about whether it will come true. Our problem is to do what God says. The result is not our responsibility. When we pray, it's between God and the patient. There is no demon that cannot resist. Do not tremble in front of the demons because they will come out. Satan cannot destroy you because "Behold, I have given you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19) When I believe this, I am at peace. "All things are possible to him that believeth." (Mark 9: 23)
The seed I plant, I don't come and check every day to see if it's growing! I know that I have planted it, it will grow. It is the same with God. I pray and I don't worry about it anymore because it will happen. God is still working today. What happened in the time of the apostles must still be done today. The time belongs to God.
David before Goliath did not have to think, but simply had faith in God. Goliath made everyone tremble. But a young man comes and stands before him. When that shakes us, it is not small. The size of the trial you go through is because God knows your faith. He wants you to exercise your faith. When you go through the trial of faith, it is because God loves you. He wants to increase your faith, He wants to help you. "So faith comes from hearing, and hearing comes from the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17) In trial, the Word encourages you in faith. If Job did it, I can do it too. In trial, the Word comes back to your spirit and it strengthens you. As your faith increases, the trial decreases. When you keep this position, the trial will go away because you have reached another dimension. "Man is born to suffer, like a spark to fly. (Job 5:7) "And saying that through much tribulation we must enter the kingdom of God." (Acts 14:22) "That the trial of your faith, which is more precious than perishable gold, though it be tried with fire, may result in praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ shall appear" (1 Peter 1:7)
1 Peter 1:1-3 / 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
The resurrection of the Lord confirms to me that I shall not die. We already have the resurrection. If Christ had not risen, our faith would be in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:11-14
This is the most important point. All those who died were in Hades. There was no possibility for them to be resurrected. They died with the expectation that the resurrection would come. When Christ died, He went down to Hades to take the keys of death and Hades. When Christ rose, the graves were opened and the dead were raised. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is our victory over hell, death and sickness.
I know that if I get sick, I will be healed. What matters to me is that I have the fear of God. The envelope will return to dust. What matters to me is the inside. "And the victory that overcomes the world is our faith. (1 John 5:4) What is a demon before God? It is only a spirit. Why tremble? God will always have people to believe in order to serve as witnesses.
"He (the righteous) shall not fear evil tidings: his heart shall be steadfast, trusting in the LORD. (Psalm 112:7) Jesus is our wealth. He gave his life for you. In hard times, He is always by your side. In good days and bad, I love this Jesus. In our walk, we must be ebullient.
1 Peter 1:2-9
The desire of a son of God is to go and find Him. What can be better on earth? Money? You will always want more. It is useless. All that we can possess, nothing can bring us happiness. Why envy my brother or sister? I can use the world as if I were not using it. We sigh at the happiness of being with Him.
We did not say for a long time but for a little while. Men kill for gold, but you have more than gold. The trial brings you to faith. "Now faith is a firm assurance of things hoped for, a demonstration of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1) "And my righteous man shall live by faith" (Hebrews 10:38) God can never let you go under trial. The trial will have its end. Trial gives you character: perseverance.
