God put us on this earth for one purpose: to do His Will. This is why we seek to accomplish what He wants. We are in a particular time.
Ephesians 2: 11-12 / Romans 9: 1-5
The promises were for the people of Israel. "I will establish my covenant between me and you, and your descendants after you, according to their generations: it will be a perpetual covenant, by virtue of which I will be your God and that of your descendants after you. (Genesis 17: 7) God had given the sign of the covenant to show that it belongs to the people of God. Things have always been like this. But there is a phase that came into action. This people who did not have access to their promises, they become His people.
Ephesians 2: 19-21 / Hebrews 10: 1-10
Why such a change ? What God wants is His Will. The law was not an end in itself. From Genesis to Revelation, we talk about Jesus. God had a goal. John the Baptist had this grace to recognize God in a human body and to present Him to the world. He introduced Jesus. We lose sight of God watching over His Word. The Word comes through the prophets. Jesus could not come otherwise than through the prophet. John was sent from God, God was behind this ministry. He knew where he stood and who he served. Each child of God must know his pedigree. David faced Goliath, he didn't tremble. "Who is this Philistine, this uncircumcised, to insult the army of the living God? (1 Samuel 17:26) Goliath was impressive but David was not afraid, he was certain. When John baptized Jesus, God had revealed to him. He could say "Me, John, I saw". Your intimate relationship with the Lord is very important. You have to be sure that on the other side, there is someone waiting for you. We must listen and put into practice what we listen to. You'll never be in line.
Deuteronomy 28: 1-14
The most important thing is to make sure to follow God and He will watch over you. There are no depressed people in the people of God. “We know, moreover, that all things work together for the good of those who love God, of those who are called according to his purpose. "(Romans 8:28) Even if the ordeal lasts a long time, I remain confident. God likes to bless, God likes to give to His people. The problem is us. We listen to the enemy too often. Satan wants you to see the mountain of trouble to discourage you, but God tells you to "turn your eyes to me!" By your efforts, you can do nothing. When you accept the Lord into your life then it’s the beginning of the fight with Satan. Pain and suffering are our life but we kneel in prayer. Even failure is for our learning. We have success.
