We don't realize how much the Lord loves us. He cares for us and for what is dear to us: our children. The Lord knows your hearts and your questions, that's why He leads the man of God in a certain way to answer your questions. It is not the man who preaches, but God who speaks through the man. Have respect when the Word is preached.
When God speaks, He may only be speaking to one person. When the shepherd lost his sheep, yet he still had the other 99; but he left the 99 to go and find the one that was lost and bring it back!
There is the power of transformation in the Word of God. We were thieves, prostitutes, wicked men, but God made us saints. "We also were all of them, and we used to live according to the lusts of our flesh, doing the wills of the flesh and of our own minds, and we were by nature children of wrath, like the rest..." (Ephesians 2:3) What made me what I am today? Simply because we believed the Word! We are witnesses of Jesus in this generation.
When someone becomes a Lutheran, he has received something that has created a change in him. He has believed the word that has made him a Lutheran, he belongs to an organization, but that does not take him into another dimension. The religion simply gave him a different way of thinking. He thinks according to the Lutheran religion. He regulates himself according to laws received by the organization. But when you receive Jesus Christ, you become a new creation, a new man. This man does not make an effort to think well but it is in him. "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17) A Lutheran can change and become a Baptist, but one who is a new creation, he can no longer change. "For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (1 Corinthians 2:16)
1 Corinthians 2:1-7
Jesus did something so great at Golgotha that the way to heaven was opened to you! Your sins have been forgiven.
We are talking about divine wisdom here. We have the assurance that all those whom He has known beforehand will not fail. Perfection is what we will achieve. A son of God cannot have doubts. If that is the case, then get on your knees and pray that He will give you the assurance. God has made the impossible possible. Faith does not need to understand but simply to believe. Our God is the ultimate authority. We are not wrong, we are in the right place. The world has made a mistake. Where everything around you is on fire, God has given you a place that is not on fire. "They saw that the fire had no power over the bodies of these men, that the hair of their heads was not burned, that their underpants were not damaged, and that the smell of the fire did not reach them. (Daniel 3:27) God gives us victory in every area. It is this Word that will prevail for us. "Behold, I tell you a mystery: we shall not all die, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. The trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed." (1 Corinthians 15:51-52) For you to be changed, there must be a seed within. That is why we enter the Body of Christ. Eve was in Adam!
Genesis 2:4 / Genesis 1:26
God gives you dominion over all things. Today, everyone is afraid of rats, mice, but you have dominion over all things. God has given you dominion. We must be sure of our God. You can't live in fear. Don't tremble any more, there is someone to defend you. "And if anyone has sinned, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous." (1 John 2:1)
1 Corinthians 2:8-11
"And my righteous man shall live by faith" (Hebrews 10:38) No matter what the trials are, you will have victory because you pray every day. The unrighteous judge gave what the widow asked for through perseverance, so how much more so God to his son or daughter. When you pray, God hears you. "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the man of iniquity his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, who will have mercy on him, to our God, who never tires of forgiving." (Isaiah 55:7) Even when I fall to the bottom, He will raise me up and He will forgive me. "Do not worry about anything" (Philippians 4:6) We are privileged, it is Satan who comes to blind you. The gestures you have in front of people by standing according to the Word, you don't know the power it has. "Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, I will give it to you, as I said to Moses." (Joshua 1:3) In every circumstance, if you hold on to the Lord, He will act. Never give up.
We are talking about the Holy Spirit that you have received. The Holy Spirit is Christ in you. "Christ in you, the hope of glory." (Colossians 1:27) If Christ is in me then God is in me. So who could kill someone like me?
We are already eternal. People don't understand that the body (the shell) is not eternal! God is God. Anything that had a beginning will have an end. Our body had a beginning, so it will also have an end. "For dust you are, and to dust you shall return. (Genesis 3:19) But the Spirit that is in you was not taken from the dust. "Before the dust returns to the earth, as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it." (Ecclesiastes 12:7) Man was created in the image of God. The serpent was to have a seed. You can't be born again if you never existed before! In fact, you go back to where you were originally. We were in Him, that is, in God. So we had eternal life. Only he who is eternal can receive eternal Life. You can never receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit if you have never been in Him.
Justification - Sanctification - Baptism of the Holy Spirit
In justification and sanctification, God is not there. God cannot come to a dirty place. When the Spirit of God comes, you do not seek to do good but it is in you. The one who has not reached the baptism of the Holy Spirit can still change. But when you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, you cannot change anymore.
When you come to the house of God, don't come empty-handed but come with something good. I am not talking about money, the Lord does not need your money and your tithes. The tithes are also for you so that there will be food in His house, that you will be well with the heating.
Hebrews 11:5-6
You must come in faith. When you come, you must believe that this God is alive, otherwise how will you praise Him? The Lord hears prayers. We must come in faith knowing that He is the rewarder of those who seek Him.
1 Corinthians 2:12-16
So I give up my way of thinking. We are called to be spiritual. Being in this position, we are sons of God. If we belong to Christ, there is no more effort involved: The thought of good is in you. Satan will try to inject you with evil thoughts, but you reject this, for the old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
