The love of God

The people of Israel were in bondage for years and years. God had made the promise to their father Abraham. They came out of Egypt by the mighty hand of God. They have truly seen the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob at work. He is their God. God does the same thing with us. He is our God and He works. We never lose heart. He is not a historical God but He is real.

We live in so-called Christian countries just because we refer to the Bible, but it is just a thought.    We celebrate Christmas in connection with the birth of Jesus. But we are not of those who have a religious thought. We must have a true foundation. For us, Jesus Christ is a reality. You have met Him, you know Him. He saved you. You have not learned Him but you have experienced Him. "But to all who received Him, to those who believe in His name, He gave the power to become children of God" (John 1:12) I experienced the new birth. I used to be like this or like that, but now I am different. I don't worry about tomorrow because God is with me and He takes care of me. He is always present. My Jesus is alive! I know Him through the Bible. The Bible is not a historical book but it is the book of my life. God speaks individually, He sets you apart. It is not a man who convinces you but God Himself. "Oh, if you would pay attention to my commands! Your welfare would be like a river, and your happiness like the waves of the sea" (Isaiah 48:18).

"Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the law? Jesus answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest command. And this is the second, which is like it: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (Matthew 22:36-39) These two commands sum up the 10 commands. If you love your neighbor, you can't kill or steal from him. God always wants our good. Even when God speaks to you and you don't listen, God doesn't abandon you. See how stubborn and disobedient we are. It is only by grace that we are saved. If it depended on the divinity of God, no one could live. But there is something that holds Him, the blood of Jesus Christ. It is the blood of Him of whom God spoke. "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (Matthew 3:17) John's emotion was strong, but he fulfilled the Scriptures. If Jesus Christ was not 100% man, our redemption could not have been. If He was a man, He could have reacted when He was insulted, reviled. He had the same feelings as we do. He was also tested in all things. In His nature as a man, He could have refused to offer Himself. It was not easy for Him. Remember Gethsemane. "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me! (Matthew 26:39) He suffered, He paid the price. So I can't feel obligated to do anything in return, but it's simply recognition of the love He had for me. What is the most difficult thing He asks of you today?

All of the apostles have always based themselves on and reported what Jesus said. When you feel obliged, you have not understood anything. "For I received from the Lord what I taught you" (1 Corinthians 11:23).

Galatians 1:10-12

He could not bring anything else than what God had taught him.

Matthew 28:20

The apostles did not bring anything new because it is the Good News of the Kingdom. There is nothing else. "By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. (John 13:35)

1 Peter 1:13-25

There is nothing we can do that makes us holy. Only His Word can make us holy. The Lord Himself will make us holy. This cannot fail because the God who called you is holy and He will make you holy. Just trust Him. You have to want it and believe it. The devil tells you that it is not possible but all things are possible to God. God takes us from the roots of our birth, from the ties that bound us to this earth. We have received the new birth. Christ has done everything for us. We were without faith, without hope, without God, but by receiving this Jesus we entered into the promise.

Love is a thing of great importance. Satan always fights this. Why is there division? Because there is no love. To love is the easiest thing. Who doesn't want to be loved and love? To love is good. God doesn't ask anything else of you. Every thing you do must be perfect, without hypocrisy. What prevents us from loving each other? Why can't I stand my brother or sister? When I love Him, I am at peace. "Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness" (Genesis 1:26) In God, there is no hatred. God is love. When I love ardently, I cannot do without my brother and sister. God loves us, so how can we be strangers to God's love? When I think of the love that God had for a sinner like me, how can I say that I don't talk to my brother or sister because they are sinners?
