Seek Ye the Lord while He may be found

Isaiah 55:6-9

We are invited to truly seek the Lord. This is the time when He allows Himself to be found. "Now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation. "(2 Corinthians 6:2)

It is a good time to have access to God. You shall seek me, and you shall find me, if you seek me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13)." This is a special time. "Thus saith the Lord, In the time of grace will I hear thee, and in the day of salvation will I help thee;" (Isaiah 49:8) "For the law was given by Moses; grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. "(John 1:17) When Jesus Christ came on the scene, He was given the scroll and read the Word.

Luke 4:16-21

He read the scroll and stopped on "publish a year of grace". This is the good time. We are in that time. That means that the year of grace is not a year of condemnation. It is a glorious time, a time of freedom. No matter how you are, it is a time of grace. God wants to be gracious to you.

That day, when He came to the adulteress, it was not a time of condemnation. "For God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through him. "(John 3:17) This time has a beginning but it also has an end. Until today, God does not condemn you. Take hold of this grace! Grace is grace to the one who receives it as such. We do not preach condemnation but the Grace of God. The Grace of God leads me to seek the holiness of God. The Grace of God makes me pure. When you recognize your condition and recognize that you need Him, then you find grace with God. We are no longer under law but under grace. You need to wake up. Stop condemning others, but grace is for everyone. "Let the one of you who is without sin be the first to cast a stone against it. "(John 8:7) Jesus did not forbid them to stone the woman, but He spoke to their conscience. A condemned woman but Jesus offers grace. Do not be afraid; for I bring you good news of great joy for all the people, that today in the city of David a Saviour is born to you, who is Christ the Lord" (Luke 2:10-11)." When salvation is announced to you, it means that there is a Saviour! "To our God, who never tires of forgiving. "(Isaiah 55:7) Peter asked the question: "Then Peter came to him and said, 'Lord, how often shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Shall it be seven times? Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven. "(Matthew 18:21-22) This is not the time of condemnation because God has given you grace. You have become what you are because God has given you grace. There was no one to forgive you. Someone was needed, God Himself became man. "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. "(Matthew 5:7)

Jesus has a way of speaking to hold us accountable. "Why do you see the chaff in your brother's eye and not the beam in your own eye? "(Matthew 7:3) Before you look at the other, examine yourself! When you act like that, God's love will flow into us. Why should I condemn a brother or sister? "For you will be judged with the judgment you judge, and you will be measured with the measure you measure with. " (Matthew 7:2) David had sinned, God's servant Nathan came to him, he described how David had acted and David said "The man who has done this deserves death. " (2 Samuel 12:5) "And Nathan said to David, 'You are that man! "(2 Samuel 12:7)

We are God's people; we are not afraid of bad news. When you hear bad news, lift up your head and look to God. "When these things begin to happen, straighten up and lift up your heads, for your deliverance is near. "(Luke 21:28) The judgment is for them, not for you. Israel has truly experienced a time of grace. "... because you have not known the time when you were visited. " (Luke 19:44) This people who were God's were truly broken. They really suffered under Titus. Jesus was in their midst and they did not recognize him. In Jesus' time, there were many paralytics, many blind people, but Jesus did not heal them all. "I tell you the truth, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when heaven was shut up for three years and six months and there was a great famine in all the earth, yet Elijah was not sent to any of them except to a widow woman in Zarephath in the land of Sidon. "(Luke 4:25-26) When Jesus passed by, Bartimaeus, who was blind, recognized Jesus: it was his time. We must recognize what time we live in. God can make you able to do what you cannot do. He knows that you cannot do, but it is up to Him to teach you. What is impossible for me has become possible. Hell is not for you, heaven is for us. Your statement determines who you are. You must be sure and certain that if Christ returns today, I will leave.

Conviction comes after the time of grace. No matter what the circumstances, I know that if I get down on my knees to pray, He answers. When you murmur, it is because you have not known the Lord. We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28)." The promises of the Bible are ours. "You are all children of the light and children of the day. We are not of the night nor of the darkness. "(1 Thessalonians 5:5) When He comes down, He comes for me. There must be an awakening in you. "When Christ, your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. " (Colossians 3:4) Your life must be in Him. He cannot go without me because I am His body. "You are the body of Christ, and you are his members, each one for his part. "(1 Corinthians 12:27) If Christ comes, it is not for others but for me. You must realize that when God speaks, it is for you. "To you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God; but to others it is spoken in parables, that seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand. "(Luke 8:10) You must be in this "you". When the Word speaks to you, then you are different. "In her was life, and the life was the light of men. "(John 1:4) The Word must have its effect in you. Men must see the action of the Word in you. We have the grace to have this God. You strive to please men, but if they always profess to find fault, then they will always find fault. Let us seek to please God. We are in a time of freedom, but do not use this freedom as an excuse to live like a pig.

"When you hold this, then you have the upper hand over Satan. When God speaks, He knows what He is saying. None of us is perfect, it is only God's grace that makes us who we are. If God did it for you, He can do it for your brother too. When God forgives, He erases. How can I then act differently toward my brother or sister? "By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. "(John 13:35) God did not make us judges but lovers. You cannot love someone if your heart has not been changed. You always see the evil because you have a heart of stone. When your heart is changed then you become different. When the disciples were persecuted, the Bible tells us "When they were released, they went to their own" (Acts 4:23).
