I rejoice in my sufferings

Sunday March 29th, 2020

God is with us until the end of time. He must be praised and adored. Heaven will pass but His Word shall not pass. He is always by our side. God is always present. We are his sheep because we heard his voice. Sometimes we wonder if God is still with us, we have the impression that God is no longer with us. Even if you don't see Him, He made the promise so He's still with you.

“The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him. (Psalm 34: 7) You must be sure of the faithfulness of the Lord. The most important thing is to conform to His Word, it will keep us from harm. "For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) God's will is that none should perish. He uses patience so that all come to repentance. God opens our eyes and we see the glory of God being fulfilled through biblical prophecies. We’re the story of Laodicea. We are therefore beneficiaries of the promises that God made to His people in this Age. This is the worst age, this is where there is all the concentration of evil. It’s still the time of Grace.

Colossians 1: 24-29

“And the Lord said unto me, You have seen well; for I watch over my word to execute it. (Jeremiah 1:12) You must always pay attention to this Word. The Bible is God in written form. The Word of God was made flesh. It was God Himself who inspired the prophets and apostles to write this Bible. This is the good news of the kingdom. He is the One who continues to proclaim and proclaim this same Gospel through his Spirit and the different ministries. If we became sons of God, it’s because we experienced Him, that is, we believed His Word and saw its effect in us. Today we are confined, there is nothing we can do around the world. Businesses are closed, the economy is closed. We then understand the importance of the Word. The Word to the power of transformation. Saul was a persecutor of the Gospel, but when he met the Lord, he became Paul and his life changed dramatically: he became a servant of God. He understood the Grace he had from the Lord. God is effective. He, who made others suffer, also rejoices in suffering for Christ. Moses could become Pharaoh but when he met God, he abandoned all of that for Christ.

Hebrews 11: 24-26

Who can refuse to receive such authority? In these same situations, at that time, you will be taken for a fool. In the world, we do everything to achieve this. To happen to refuse these things, there must have been something? It’s the Word of God.

Colossians 1:24 / Hebrews 11: 24-26

A normal human being cannot rejoice in suffering. To rejoice in these things, something must have happened in this man. Both saw what the others did not see: the higher promise that was behind. They met the Living God, the Almighty. It was through this Moses, who had nothing, that Egypt with all its riches was wiped out. It was Moses who was right. We take you for less than nothing but we are right. When we understand this then it is a treasure for us. We have to understand why we live. When we suffer, we often think that God is hitting us because we have done wrong.

John 17: 11-15

When we give ourselves to the Lord, we must understand that we have declared war on Satan because of Christ.

John 16: 29-33

Any son of God who comes to the Lord should expect this. All the decisions that are made in the world are taken against the sons of God.

Our enemy, the devil, is behind all these big men, that's why there is disorder. The one who was behind the Sanhedrin who condemned Jesus was the devil. When God takes us, we must know that we are enlisted in the Lord's army. We are on the battlefield. When you die to yourself by baptism then Christ lives in you. When Christ lived on Earth, Who did He live for? Christ lived for me.

Isaiah 53: 1-5

He suffered to carry our sufferings. When you come to God, you must be an instrument of the Lord. The same spirit that Peter had, it is the same spirit that is in you. We have a job for God: Justification → Sanctification → Baptism of the Holy Spirit. God really wants this for you, so that we are little messiahs. At that time, we are called to live for others. When we become like this, we become in love with the Lord, with His Word, but also with our brothers and sisters.

1 Peter 1: 22-23

Regenerated, that is to say born again. This is only possible when we are born again. When the pure gospel was preached on the day of Pentecost, it is said, "The multitude of those who believed were only one heart and one soul. When a brother suffers, it doesn't leave you indifferent. Selfishness has no place in the body of Christ.

John 15: 9-19

He didn’t wait for Peter to love Him to love him back but He loved him first in his sinful state. He loved Zacchaeus, He didn’t ask to go to repent but it was the love of the Lord that made Zacchaeus to repent. Love has a power and a power to transform things.

1 Corinthians 13: 3

It's the Word that has life in It. When you do things with the love of the Lord then it matters to God. You do things without counting, expecting nothing in return. The look of God is different from our look. Never have too high a view of yourself. God knew who Peter was, who was the Samaritan woman before the foundation of the world. The religious already have an established framework but we must return to God. God is not in religion, God blew on them to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It was God who chose so the fruit was to manifest, it could not fail. The Holy Spirit is the seal that God gives you. Things can move, the storm can come, you will go to heaven. A person who has received the Holy Spirit is in the body of Christ. You can sin but you will go to the rapture because God has marked you with his seal. If you are in Christ, you no longer sin because the blood has been shed. God sees the blood, the question of sin has been settled. “For by one offering he brought to perfection those who are sanctified forever. (Hebrews 10:14) In all circumstances, we should never be discouraged. The devil is fighting but God has plans for happiness for you. When you suffer for the gospel, glorify God because God has chosen you. Through suffering, God carves you. God wants to bring out the best in you.

Colossians 1:24

When God chose you, the world cannot bear you. When God chose you by His Word, you will be hated. A son of God who loves the Lord what will he do with friends of the world? What are you going to find in there when God has cleaned you up? At this moment, there is a conflict between you and the world. Tastes and desires change because God made his choice over you. A servant of God who truly serves God will always be criticized, hated by others. Jonh was set apart, out of the way from a young age in the desert. When He sets you apart, it’s because He wants to work with you to teach you the things of God. The longer a son of God remains in the presence of God, the more he will be the target of Satan because he knows that power rises in you. Satan always seeks to influence the ministries of God through criticism, through fighting to reject the Gospel and give up.
