Since He lives, you shall also live! If He is Eternal, then we are also eternal. After He has given His life as an offering for sin, He will see a seed and prolong His days; and the work of the Lord will prosper in His hands" (Isaiah 53:10). What He said is always true: "And lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world" (Matthew 28:20).
God has chosen a city, Jerusalem. Men may speak or desire to do things but Jerusalem will remain in Jerusalem. God is never surprised because it is He who orders everything. We must be in peace, assurance and certainty. We may go through difficult times but we have victory. We have a Father so He takes care of us. Let us trust in Him. "Look at the birds of the air: they do not sow or reap, nor do they gather into barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? "(Matthew 6:26) "I am the way, the truth, and the life. "(John 14:6) At that time Jesus answered and said, 'I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and have revealed them to children. "(Matthew 11:25) God has looked upon us to be his people. "... you were at that time without Christ, without the right of citizenship in Israel, strangers to the covenants of promise, without hope and without God in the world. "(Ephesians 2:12) We want to see the things of God our way. We want God to wear our glasses. That is the problem. This is where Israel has failed. What happened in the past should serve as an example for us to walk in the right way today. God has given us the grace to know Him who were nothing. The Pharisees thought they were children of Abraham because they were circumcised and practiced the law. They boasted about it. They could not even enter the Gentiles. Peter also knew this. But when Jesus Christ died on the cross of Golgotha, everything changed. Peter was at Simon the Crusher's house. He saw the vision where the tablecloth came down from heaven with all the unclean animals and the voice said to him "kill and eat". Peter said, "No, Lord, for I have never eaten anything unclean or impure. "(Acts 10:14) We must not go beyond what is written. When God reveals, He reveals what is written. Revelation comes because the Word is a thought. When the thought is expressed then it is a word, it is no longer a thought. Revelation is the knowledge of the mind of God. There is nothing that can escape God. God sees, God hears and He also speaks. "The word of the Lord came to me, saying, 'What do you see, Jeremiah? And I said, 'I see an almond tree branch. And the LORD said unto me, Thou hast seen well; for I have kept my word, to perform it. "(Jeremiah 1:11-12) That's because He could see.
God always needs to have eyewitnesses. "What we have heard from the beginning, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the word of life" (1 John 1:1). Listen to me and I will speak; I will ask you and you will teach me. My ear has heard of you, but now my eye has seen you. (Job 42: 3-5) "And you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. " (Acts 1:8) You must meet this Jesus! Who is the Jesus you know? "We have found him of whom Moses wrote in the law and the prophets spoke, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. "(John 1:45) When you meet Jesus, when you enter His presence, no one can change you. The wavering comes when you are not sure. The Pharisees talked a lot, but Jesus didn't talk much. Instead, Jesus told His disciples, "Beware carefully of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees. "(Matthew 16:6)
Matthew 16:1-3
Jesus was truly wise. "The Queen of the Sheba will rise up on the day of judgment with this generation and condemn it, because it came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, there is more here than Solomon. "(Matthew 12:42) When God says something, He knows what He is saying. We often ask for our pride. If you are a child of God, you can't be like that. We are nothing. Those who seek to be seen, these men have nothing to do with God. God cannot use such people.
God cannot be instructed. It is God who says that a thing is sinful, not man. We see it with Peter when he had the vision, God had said that eating unclean animals was sinful but now it has become pure. He is the Absolute in all things. "Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." (Romans 8:33-34) Forgiveness is found with Jesus. Satan condemns you but God has forgiven you. We were nothing, condemned but He made us sons and daughters. He forgave you, He saved you, but He still intercedes for you. Be at peace. With Jesus, all is well. As long as He lives, we will live. God is preparing us because He is coming back soon. "Blessed are those who put their trust in you. They will find in their hearts paths that are well marked. "(Psalm 84:6)
How could Solomon know what would touch God's heart? Only God Himself can know how to touch His heart. How could Abel know that it was blood that was pleasing to God? By revelation. It was God who revealed to him what was needed because he was a son of God. The election can never fail. When God has chosen you, you become a testimony for your time. You have been called for a purpose. Satan is persistent. "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?" (Romans 8:35) "But in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. "(Romans 8:37)
"Arise, shine" (Isaiah 60:1) "But toward evening the light will appear. "(Zechariah 14:7) The light must appear. You are that light. This is the fulfilment of the Word. It is the attributes of Christ manifested. We are not like others, we are different. "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them out of danger. "(Psalm 34:7)
Malachi 4:1-2
There is no name that is above this Name. "There is salvation in no other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. "(Acts 4:12) "Because you say, 'I am rich and increased with goods, and have need of nothing,' and because you do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked, I counsel you to buy from me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness may not appear; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see. "(Revelation 3:17-18) We still need the Word for God to reveal to us. Every day and until the end. It is not the work of man but of God. "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. "(Revelation 3:22) "But let God be known as true, and every man as a liar" (Romans 3:4) God is Spirit. He is the One who holds the seven stars in His hand and walks among the seven golden candlesticks. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. "(Revelation 22:13) It is always the same God throughout: from the beginning to the end.
Our God is good, He is glorious and He is wonderful.
