We thank God for everything He does because God is the wisest.
1 Thessalonians 5: 1-3 / 1 Thessalonians 2: 1-4, 11-13
God opened their hearts to understand and receive the word of God. They saw what the word of God produced in their lives. When you talk to a person and you see that they are not interested, you go no further. But when you see that the person gives and has an interest, then we give more and we go further. It’s the same with the Holy Spirit. If you close your heart then the Holy Spirit cannot act.
"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock. If someone hears my voice and opens the door, I will go into his house, I will have supper with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20) Likewise, Job loved God and followed God. But God wanted Job to know Him even more and more deeply. God has his own way of bringing you into the things of God with more depth. For Job, that was the way there.
Job 1: 1-9
God could have stopped there. God continues to argue with Satan because He knows what He is doing. If He spoke like that, it was because He wanted Job to go through the trial. Job's test was of God. Satan did not even have his eyes on Job. If God had not chosen you then you would be living quietly on earth. But when you are a son of God, the war begins. When you are not in the things of God then Satan leaves you alone. Why is it war in Jerusalem? Because God chose this city. You just have to trust Him. The trial may come, you remain happy. Paul told them about the necessary things and they found interest in this word. They understood that it was God who spoke. Whenever you come to church, God speaks to you. Even if you came to church every day, God would still speak to you. Besides, God speaks to you and leads you every day. If you are not in this condition then you have trouble walking, finding your direction. Paul shows them the purpose of the word and the direction, that is, where are we going? Every day the Lord speaks, things fit together so that we can see more clearly. It’s a puzzle to see the main picture.
1 Thessalonians 4: 13-14
If a person, even a so-called believer, dies, he dies separated from God. "Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? Haven't we cast out demons in your name? And haven't we done many miracles in your name? Then I will say to them openly: I have never known you; depart from me, you who do iniquity. "(Matthew 7: 22-23) We must be sure that we have the true word of God that produces life in us. We see that you received the word by the love you have for God and His word. The word brings you to God. It's not to love your brother or your sister. “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength. (Deuteronomy 6: 5) He is the One. First God and then He allows you to love your brother and your sister. God loves to be loved and adored. You will not go to heaven by your works but it is by grace, by means of faith.
1 Corinthians 13: 1-3
You take care of the secondary things but you forget the main thing: The Word of God. Why does God watch over his word? “In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. (John 1: 1) God watches over what He is Himself. God does not watch over you. But when you receive the word then you become god, God watches over you. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength. (Deuteronomy 6: 5) There is nothing more important than God. Anyone can abandon me, but may God never abandon me. No one on this earth is faithful, there is only one who is faithful, it is the word of God, God. We need this Jesus in our life, He regulates everything. We are all fallible in all areas. We are not holy. We must be humble and recognize the state we were in. Jesus was made for him by the word of God. This is why we can never point the finger at anyone. It’s so wonderful to have such a savior. God made you a son of God. The Word of God is powerful, when you look at yourself, you are a miracle.
Your testimony shows its power. We do not want to be idolaters but only to worship our God. God wants your love for Him. "Having purified your souls by obeying the truth to have a sincere brotherly love" (1 Peter 1:22) We have hope because we cannot doubt that we will not see the face of God at our death. Christ has risen for our justification.
1 Thessalonians 4: 14-18
We do not say the dead will be raised but the dead in Christ !!! "What happened in Noah's time will also happen in the days of the Son of man. "(Luke 17:26)" I tell you, on that night, of two people who will be in the same bed, one will be taken and the other left; of two women who will grind together, one will be taken and the other left. Of two men who will be in a field, one will be taken and the other left. The disciples said to him, Where will it be, Lord? (Luke 14: 34-37) When Jesus spoke, something happened in the hearts of the disciples. The thing was clear, there was no need for questions. "Blessed are those who place their support in you! They find paths in their hearts all marked out. (Psalm 84: 5) When you open your heart to the Lord and the Holy Spirit works, God opens your spiritual understanding. It transports you to another dimension. In this thing, the intellectual does not count. "He raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places, in Jesus Christ" (Ephesians 2: 6), yet we are on Earth. "Where will it be, Lord? And he answered, Where will be the body, there the eagles will gather. (Luke 17:37) This is the body of Christ. We enter it by the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This is the gathering place. We are called to become the Word manifested in us. The flesh can still sin but your inner being is holy. "Then we the living," God cannot forget you. Everything you do for the glory of God, God writes in a book, He will never forget. "All together" because it is a whole body. There cannot be half a body. But the whole body so that the head can be placed there.
